A serial entrepreneur, Daisy built the Allied Express business from ground up into an award-winning staple of the industry. Her passion for business, travel, and real-estate investments is the foundation of her success and unrivaled reputation in the community. Daisy enjoys travelling, hiking, and anything related to business. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya.

Group Chief Operating Officer

Jassen Trenkow

A former Finance and Banking executive, Jassen spent nearly 20 years at Wall Street's premier institutions. He joined as Group Chief Operating Officer in 2023. Jassen holds an MBA from Columbia University, the London Business School, and The University of Hong Kong, and is an avid golfer, diver, and world-traveler. He is fluent in English, German, Bulgarian, and conversational Spanish.

General Manager - Allied Express Travel

Jeffrey A. Briones

Jepoy joined Allied Express in its early days and helped build out the franchise and stellar reputation. He is a valued member of the Filipino community in Hong Kong and has earned the largest client network. Jepoy is an avid basketball player and participates in regular competitions across Hong Kong. He has two girls and two boys and enjoys spending time with friends and family over karaoke. He is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya.

Kimberly D. Warde

Kim joined us in 2023 from the F&B Industry, where she managed several successful bars and restaurants in Hong Kong. She is a devoted foodie, and enjoys spending time with her family and her preschooler. Born and raised in Hong Kong to a multi-cultural family, Kim is fluent in English, Cantonese, Tagalog, and Bisaya, and is actively working on her Mandarin.

Monaliza Tulali

Liza joined Allied Express in 2023 and brings over 20 years experience in the Travel Industry in Hong Kong. She is an expert in Philippine Tourism market and specializes in retail travel. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.

Maricris Bandola

Cris joined Allied Express in 2016 and has over 12 years experience in the Travel industry, as well as a Bachelors degree in Tourism. Cris looks after our Corporate clients and is our resident expert on visa topics. She enjoys spending time with her family and her two preschoolers. Cris is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Ilocano.

Head of Product Development and MICE

Melba Lobina

Melba joined Allied Express in 2023 and brings over 30 years experience in the Travel industry, including as General Manager of a widely respected agency in Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce and Accounting. Melba has a vast network of clients and suppliers, and is an expert in MICE, FIT, and Tour packages. Melba enjoys reading, travelling, and experiencing boutique coffee shops. She is fluent in English, Tagalog, and Waray.

Senior Travel Consultant

Michelle Monterubio

Michelle first joined Allied Express in 2015 from a large regional airline. After a 2-year hiatus to raise her two newborns, during which she became a digital marketing specialist, she rejoined Allied Express in 2022 as our first remote team member. Michelle looks after our Social Media platforms and advertising, in addition to supporting clients globally. She holds a Bachelors degree in Tourism Management and is fluent in English and Tagalog. She is an avid vlogger and enjoys spending time with family.

Rhegina Chelly Estonactoc

Rheg joined Allied Express in 2019 and has over 10 years experience in the Travel industry. She holds a Bachelors degree in Tourism from University of Santo Tomas. Rheg has regularly won top performance awards at Allied and her previous employers, and has earned a 5* rating from her clients. She looks after our VIP clients and is fluent in English and Tagalog, and understands Ilonggo.

Client Relationship Manager

Titima Wathern

Kai joined Allied Express in 2023 with a focus on curating client relationships across the Group's businesses and developing our golf destination travel channel. She has a background in Golf Management and has travelled all over the world. Kai is a competitive dragon boat racer, a cross-fit afficionado, and a passionate chef. She is fluent in English and Thai.
